Location: Toronto (130 Queens Quay East, Suite 606)

Department: Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional evenings or weekends

Job Type: Full-time, Regular, Hybrid (three days in office)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications, the Integrated Marketing and Digital Experience Strategist develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that advance brand visibility, digital engagement and measurable organizational growth.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across marketing strategy, social media, web development and user experience, digital design and CRM-driven campaigns. The incumbent leads the development of multi-channel marketing initiatives aligned to organizational priorities and delivers compelling creative assets across platforms.

This is an advanced individual contributor role, requiring strong strategic thinking, technical proficiency and creative execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

Translate strategic objectives into campaign plans with defined KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging and audience engagement.

Digital and Social Media Leadership

Lead social media strategy, content creation and community management across platforms.

Oversee website content, user experience, SEO, accessibility and analytics to optimize performance.

Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness.





Creative Content and Asset Development

Produce high-quality content, including copy, graphics, photography, and video for digital and print channels.

Provide creative direction and ensure assets are consistent with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and vendors to execute integrated campaigns.

Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Support media monitoring, member communications and audience engagement initiatives as needed.

Education
A post-secondary credential (degree, diploma, or certificate) in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Experience

Minimum five years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy or brand marketing.

Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns.

Hands-on experience creating graphic, video and digital content.

Experience with paid advertising platforms and marketing analytics tools.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
