As a key member reporting to the project management office manager, you'll manage various business system-related projects. This role demands expertise in team leadership, project planning, and implementation while driving user satisfaction through change management. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT projects through the full system development life cycle
• Build relationships to achieve project-specific goals




• Manage third-party vendor engagements
• Develop business cases for recent projects
• Write comprehensive project charters and define project scope

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in technology project management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• PMP designation is an asset
• Experience with change management processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Oversee system development processes and ensure stakeholder engagement in every project at CPSBC.
