Hear & Co is opening a new clinic in Ancaster, Ontario . We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team full time and help us deliver exceptional hearing healthcare in one of Ontario's most desirable communities.

What You’ll Do
As a Hearing Instrument Practitioner , you will play a vital role in helping patients improve their hearing, communication, and quality of life by:
Conducting hearing aid consultations and lifestyle assessments
Recommending hearing technology solutions tailored to individual needs
Performing hearing aid fittings, programming, verification, and adjustments
Providing patient education, counseling, and ongoing support
Troubleshooting and servicing hearing devices
Managing follow-up appointments and long-term patient care
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records
Collaborating with audiologists and clinic staff to provide exceptional patient experiences
Building strong relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners
Qualifications Required
Hearing Instrument Practitioner in good standing with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care
Proficiency with hearing aid programming software and technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
1-3+ years of hearing aid dispensing experience, but new grads welcome to apply also
Experience working in a private practice or clinic environment
Familiarity with ADP, WSIB, VAC, and third-party funding programs
Experience working with premium hearing aid manufacturers such as Widex, Signia, ReSound, Starkey, Phonak, Oticon
