The Vice President of Administrative & Support Services (VP) is a pivotal executive leadership role at Riverside Health Care, responsible for one of the organizations most diverse and impactful portfolios.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the VP will shape the operational foundations that enable exceptional patient care across Riversides hospitals, long-term care homes, and community-based services.
The VP will provide strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of corporate and operational services, with human resources and workforce strategy serving as central priorities.
Working closely with leaders across the organization, they will champion workforce planning, talent development, labour relations, and organizational culture, ensuring Riverside is well positioned to attract, develop, and retain the people needed to deliver exceptional care.
Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and culture, the VP will champion innovation, strengthen organizational performance, and help shape a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports clinical excellence.
At an exciting time of growth and transformation, including significant advocacy for capital investments, evolving models of care, and increasing regional collaboration, the VP will play a central role in helping Riverside navigate change while remaining deeply connected to the needs of its communities.
