In this role you will also: Work autonomously to diagnose, order, and interpret diagnostic tests with a solid commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety Prescribe pharmaceuticals and perform procedures within your scope of practice Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support seamless, compassionate transitions from hospital to home Build trusted relationships with patients and families, ensuring care plans align with their goals, values, and lived experiences Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and innovation that advance transitional health care across the system Casual Schedule We are open to a flexible scheduling model that would allow NPs to share a casual schedule in alignment with the casual scheduling provisions outlined in the NSNU MOA.
