Job Description Houseperson At Fairmont Chateau Whistler, an exceptional guest experience begins before check-in, and extends throughout every stay.

As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and welcoming.

This is a full time, seasonal role .

We are looking for candidates to start in September and December 2026, ending in May 2027.

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.65 per hour.

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.

At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.40.

Attend to guests'' requests for extra supplies Stock linenand supplyareas Clean and disinfect public areas such as hallways, washrooms, changing rooms, showers and elevators Pick up debris and empty trash containers Report and store lost and found items To respond to all Housekeeping and Royal Service calls, which includes guest deliveries and requests.

To assist the Room Attendants in bringing them required supplies.

Qualifications Previous guest service and/or Housekeeping experience is an asset.

Must be physically fit and able to carry/move heavy loads up to 50 pounds.





Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
