Gather requirements, design, configure, and support scalable Workday solutions across multiple modules
Analyze business needs and perform gap and risk assessments
Recommend solutions to improve processes and system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and configuration issues
Develop and execute testing strategies and validate requirements
Support project delivery, releases, and system enhancements
Create and maintain documentation, calculated fields, reporting tools, and integration support materials
Collaborate with HR, TIS, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Stay current on Workday enhancements, industry best practices, and security trends
Contribute to continuous improvement and HR technology initiatives
Requirements Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
4+ years of techno-functional experience, preferably in HR systems
Working knowledge of Workday, including integrations and business impact analysis
Understanding of HR processes and systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience with process improvement, mapping, and re-engineering techniques
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in collaborative, distributed teams using tools such as Microsoft 365
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
ITIL certification (v3 or higher) preferred




Experience with HR case management tools such as Neocase preferred
CAPM/PMP certification preferred
Experience with automation and AI technologies such as RPA, GenAI, and chatbots preferred
Agile certification such as Scrum Master preferred
Advanced Workday configuration and integration experience preferred
Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
