The Position

We believe in going the extra mile to provide our customers with the best service and diagnostic equipment.

Clear customer and team communication. Understanding customers needs.

Managing emergency service as well as scheduled maintenance and quality assurance testing.

Installation and service tasks include resolving electrical, mechanical, network issues

Install equipment according to manufacturer's specifications

Managing a project by consulting with customers and contractors

Create and maintain service record reports

Maintaining your provided toolkits, test equipment, and documentation

Follow quality requirements, training, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience servicing Healthcare electronic equipment is an asset

Graduate of a recognized Technology, Engineering Electronics program

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills





Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience in servicing equipment with a strong computer, electronics, and mechanical background

Interpret system manuals, schematics, and wiring diagram

High attention to detail

Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits

Strong working knowledge of computer systems and networking skills

Mechanical knowledge and experience

Ability and experience to use variety of tools and test equipment

Adapt to flexible hours and time management

Working professional in healthcare environments Hospitals/Clinics

Have a valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle

Ability to travel within and outside of Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
