Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and ensure the execution of configuration management activities for assigned programs, projects or components.

Be responsible for configuration management deliverables, including change control, product structure updates, and associated documentation.

Identify items to be submitted for official configuration control.

Define the requirements as well as the functional and physical characteristics of the configuration items.

Ensure configuration control to manage, document and approve product changes.

Organize, facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the Configuration Control Boards (CCB).

Maintain Configuration Status Accounting by recording, tracking and communicating configuration status.

Perform configuration verification and audit activities to confirm product compliance with established requirements.

Work closely with program,



engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing and customer support teams to ensure effective configuration management.

Comply with the company's compliance, ethics and integrity policies to contribute to its reputation, success and sustainable growth.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in an aerospace-related field or in a relevant discipline.

4 to 7 years of experience in configuration management or in a comparable manufacturing or aeronautical environment.

Good knowledge of configuration management and change control processes.

Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a structured, regulated and quality-oriented environment.
