FCC is seeking a Technical Analyst, Business Enablement to provide Level 3 technical support for a broad portfolio of SaaS and enterprise applications, performing deeper investigation and remediation when issues sit within the tool itself.
You’ll be part of the Business Enablement team, sustaining and enabling the use of many enterprise applications, working with Service Desk, Deskside Support, internal partners and vendors to ensure timely resolution and user readiness.
