Raise is proactively building a talent pool of Industrial Plumbers for upcoming permanent opportunities with a leading industrial manufacturing organization in the Edmonton region.

Apprentice Level 1-4 Industrial Plumbers
5th Period Apprentices
Journeyperson / Red Seal Industrial Plumbers
These opportunities may support technically complex manufacturing, industrial infrastructure, and mission-critical operational environments.
Potential Responsibilities
Install commercial and in-house produced plumbing assemblies into industrial or manufacturing equipment
Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure systems function as designed
Support plumbing, compressed air, gas fitting, heating, cooling, and vacuum systems
Participate in construction, installation, maintenance, and equipment modification projects
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Assist with equipment testing, commissioning, and operational support
Maintain maintenance documentation, inventory records, and safety reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and system reliability
Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and junior team members
Follow all company safety policies and provincial occupational health and safety regulations
Ideal Background
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technically complex environments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Experience with maintenance and preventative maintenance operations
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and within team environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial Plumber Trade Certification
Apprentice Registration in Plumbing or Industrial Plumbing
Journeyperson or Red Seal Certification considered an asset
Gas fitting experience considered an asset
Experience supporting industrial infrastructure, HVAC systems, or mission-critical environments considered an asset
WHMIS, Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, or other safety certifications considered an asset
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts and overtime may be required
Travel to off-site locations may occasionally be required
Work may be performed indoors, outdoors, and within active industrial or construction environments
Must be able to safely lift and carry materials and equipment
Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements is required
