Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor supply chain performance across various transport modes
• Collect, validate, and maintain operational performance data
• Develop and refresh performance dashboards and reports




• Assist with regular gateway performance trend analysis
• Provide administrative support for Credentialing Office operations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum three years in performance reporting or operations support
• Robust skills in data management and reporting tools
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and ability to obtain security clearance
