As a Business Analyst , you will combine analytical thinking, stakeholder partnership, and product expertise to transform business needs into effective technology solutions. You will uncover insights, translate them into concise and actionable recommendations, and support informed product decisions. Partnering closely with analysts, developers, and leaders at all levels, you will contribute throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver meaningful business outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

What will you be doing?

Provide customer, business, and product insights to data professionals, engineers, and developers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining goeasy's lending platforms and technology solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for lending systems, promoting best practices,



product knowledge, and standardized methodologies across the organization.

Lead discovery and solution exploration activities to gain a deep understanding of business objectives, operational processes, and customer needs.

Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, translating opportunities into well-defined epics, features, and user stories.

Apply structured problem-solving techniques, including customer journey mapping, design thinking, and business process analysis, to identify opportunities and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Develop and maintain testing frameworks, test scenarios, and test cases to support both manual and automated testing activities.

Establish, maintain, and govern repositories of business and product knowledge artifacts, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.

What experience do you have?

Highly team-oriented and comfortable building and growing relationships across a broad set of customers and cross functional teams.

Possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Communicate topics, both technical and business to the appropriate audience.

Ability to work in an Agile team, applying Agile tools.

Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar.

IIBA, similar Certification or demonstrated experience.

A passion for customer experience, problem-solving and critical thinking.

An understanding of UI/UX, and web technologies.

Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.

Experience working in the financial sectoran asset, but not required.
