Pet Parent Reconnector) Helping pets get back the care they need, one excellent conversation at a time.

In this role, you will be the friendly voice that helps pet parents get back on track with their pets care.

Whether they have missed an appointment, delayed treatment, or just lost touch, you will be there to guide them back with empathy, encouragement, and zero judgment.

What You Will Be Doing As our Client Outreach Coordinator, you will take a proactive (and genuinely caring) approach to reconnecting with pet parents: Reaching out to pet parents whose pets are overdue for exams, vaccines, treatments, or testing Helping pet parents navigate barriers to care, whether its scheduling, cost concerns, or uncertainty about next steps Building real relationships and becoming a trusted go-to person for pet parents Keeping organized notes and follow-ups so no pet (or pet parent) slips through the cracks Supporting the clinic by helping pets get the care they need, when they need it What You Bring We are looking for someone who is both compassionate and driven, someone who genuinely cares, but also loves hitting goals.





Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text, you are comfortable with all of it) 2+ years in customer service, sales, or a healthcare/veterinary setting A track record of meeting goals or performance targets Comfort with varying PIMS such as Avimark, Cornerstone, AllyDVM, or similar tools A warm, empathetic approach with just the right amount of persistence Strong organization skills, you can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat What Success Looks Like More pets coming back in for the care they need Stronger follow-through and continuity of care Meaningful relationships with pet parents built on trust Consistent outreach and thoughtful follow-up A noticeable impact on both pet health and clinic performance We believe in taking great care of the people who take care of pets.

You will start with on-site training, so you feel confident, supported, and connected to the team.

Once you are up and running, there is flexibility to move into aremote setup, while still staying closely connected to the clinic and pet parents.
