The Core Responsibilitites! Daily, the incumbent will support the Special Loans Management team with the ongoing management of active loans.

Specifically, time will be spent on the review and analysis of loan data and preparation of reporting requirements (40%).

Prepare and support review of critical reports in a timely and accurate manner for Senior Management, may include but not limited to: Support review of monthly provision, delinquency and arrears reports.

Support preparation of quarterly problem loan reports.

Support review and completion of bi-weekly Watchcall reports/minutes.

Any ad hoc report as required.

On a daily basis, the incumbentsupportsthe Commercialdelinquencyprocesses andwill be in contact with direct clients or Partnersregardingthedelinquentloans.

The incumbent willbe requiredtoperform due diligencebeforerecommendingany arrangements to potentiallycuredelinquency,andexecute plan is approved(arrears or other breaches under the mortgage contract, as applicable).

The incumbent maybe requiredto obtain andscrutinizeany required supporting documentation andsubmitappropriatecreditsubmission(s)for any risk rating changesbased on outcomes.

Allactionsarerequiredtobeupdated in the applicablesystem(s)utilizedfor this process,as needed(25%).

On a daily basis, the incumbent will support

Account Managersand/or

Sr.

Account Managerswiththeexecution and management ofthe problem loans portfolio.

This may include timely and productive collection of documentsfor credit submission, review due diligence items,support any legal action required, RAISE system data input,posting transactions,preliminary/basic analysis(financials, personal net worth statements, leases,market research, ESA/BCA reports etc.)and assist in anyad hoctasks.

The incumbent must be able to manage multiple competing prioritiesin order toachieve aggressive timelines.(25%).

On a daily basis,



the incumbent will support and assist on any departmental projects and/or deliverables as set by management.

Projects and assignments will vary in size and scope and may include, but not be limited to, development of recent reports, analysis, system and process testing, completion of various functional audits, and monitoring and maintenance of procedural/compliance activity requirements, pipeline development or related matters that will be relied upon by management (10%).

Let''s Talk About You! Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years experience working in commercial banking or commercial mortgage lending.

Understanding of mortgage enforcement remedies across Canadawould be an asset.

Strong attention to details.

Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Established organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as team.

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Developed and effective negotiation skills, both oral and written.

Developed business sense with sound knowledge of secured lending and factors affecting the commercial mortgage market.

Proficient user of all Microsoft tools.

Knowledge of servicing procedures.
