Key Responsibilities

- Line Execution: Own your station on the line, delivering high-quality dishes efficiently during high-volume services.

- Prep & Inventory: Execute precise ingredient preparation and strictly adhere to established par levels.





- Station Rotation: Seamlessly rotate across kitchen stations and quickly master new culinary skills.

- Food Safety Excellence: Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards across all food prep and storage areas.

- Time Management: Multi-task effectively to keep ticket times low and food quality high.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of professional cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

- Availability: Flexible schedule, with a strong preference for open availability (including nights and weekends).

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

- Team Player: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic under pressure.
