We're looking for an experienced 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician with strong leadership skills to join our team as Night Shift Shop Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys mentoring others while working in a modern, well-equipped shop.As the Night Shift Shop Foreman, you'll lead a team of three technicians while remaining actively involved in preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse commercial fleet. You'll report directly to the Shop Manager and become part of a growing, team-oriented company that values its employees and promotes from within.What You'll DoLead and support a team of three technicians during the night shiftPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trucks and equipmentTroubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, including after-treatment systemsEnsure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardAssist with workflow coordination and provide technical guidance to the teamMaintain accurate service documentation and inspection recordsQualificationsRequiredValid 310T or 310J Journeyperson licenseCVIP Inspection License,
