Responsibilities – Craft captivating lighting setups for CG scenes, characters, and environments
– Collaborate closely with supervisors, compositors, and other team members to achieve the desired visual aesthetic
– Utilize industry-standard rendering software and techniques to achieve realistic lighting effects
– Maintain consistency with established art direction and project requirements
– Meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards and artistic integrity
Requirements – Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Katana, Maya,
Arnold, V-Ray, or RenderMan
– Strong understanding of lighting principles, colour theory, and composition
– Ability to work efficiently in a cooperative team environment
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow artistic direction
– A portfolio showcasing your lighting work and demonstrating your ability to enhance visual storytelling through lighting
