Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Location: Salmon Arm, BC

Position Type: Permanent position with Temporary Line (Maternity Leave Coverage) Potential for permanent line in the future

Facility Type: LTC

FTE: 0.93 (70 hours bi-weekly)

Schedule: 0700–1500, 70hrs bi-weekly, 4 days on / 2 days off

We are recruiting on behalf of a Long-Term Care facility in Salmon Arm, BC, for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide maternity leave coverage. Whether you're ready to relocate to Salmon Arm or simply seeking temporary line, this opportunity might be the perfect fit.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive long-term care environment. You will work collaboratively with the care team to support the daily health, safety, and well-being of residents,



with a focus on clinical excellence and dignity in care.

What We Offer

- Reliable, predictable schedule: 0700–1500, 4-on/2-off rotation

- Rates: $32 to $41

Benefits Details

As this position is over 20 hours per week and expected to last longer than six months, it is eligible for benefits. Benefits begin after successful completion of the probationary period (488 hours).
