This position requires strategic planning, program implementation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to foster a safe and inclusive workplace. Engage youth and families to promote participation and development in the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute schedules and timelines for programs
- Build relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Supervise staff and volunteer teams during program activities
- Manage program budgets and funding compliance
