We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team for a temporary contract (maternity leave replacement) of approximately 13 months. This position reports to the Account Management Team Lead.
As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account management team with their daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects.

Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including:
- Order processing
- Account Maintenance
- Managing construction reports
- Reporting
Work with clients on:
- Outbound connectivity calls
- Email requests
- Demo presentations of our CMS
Additional Responsibilities
- Processing Change of Ownerships
- Working on projects to improve process efficiency
- Expense Reports
- Assisting with occasional events
Your skills and qualifications
- Fluency in English & French, both oral and written.
- Organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Power Point)
- Solution oriented

- Previous Customer Service Experience
