Key Responsibilities:

- Post accounts payable invoices, reconcile supplier statements and process payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile daily receipts and post deposits and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Data entry and other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounting. Automotive experience is an asset.
- Robust attention to detail, task-focused, and a passion for accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent organizational,



time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Experienced using accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
