- Follow up on collections and maintain accounts receivable integrity
- Identify and resolve payment disputes promptly
- Manage chargebacks and customer deductions efficiently
- Analyze and recommend process improvements for operational excellence
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams regarding deductions Requirements:
- DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload
