The Nurse
Practitioner team at STC delivers critical addiction medicine services including virtual care, in-home support, and community clinics throughout Waterloo-Wellington. - Conduct advanced health assessments for patients with addictions

- Baccalaureate in Nursing required, Master’s preferred
- Current RN(EC) or NP registration with Ontario College
