Responsibilities & Expectations

The Administrative Assistant coordinates all tasks related to the front office, including answering telephone calls, welcoming visitors, and handling general administrative duties.
- Answer telephone calls and ensure efficient follow-up;
- Draft quotes and reports with accuracy and precision;
- Process invoicing and send documents to clients;
- Open and manage administrative files;
- Receive materials, verify compliance with purchase orders, and ensure follow-up;
- File, scan, and organize documents for optimal management;
- Plan and coordinate shipments with carriers;
- Perform any other related tasks to support operations.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Excellent command of spoken and written French;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365;
- Strong ability to manage priorities and organizational skills;
- Punctual;
- Relevant training in secretarial work, office administration, or a related field.
