This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities
- File move in/out paperwork
- Update lease tracking system and ensure all paperwork is received from the sites
- Prepare archiving filing
- Handle file information requests from the sites and the Customer Service Centre
- Coverage for reception for lunch breaks, holidays and when necessary
- Special projects and tasks as assigned
- Maintain digital and manual filing systems
- Compiling documents to send in courier to site
- Ensuring accuracy of all legal documents received
Experience And Educational Requirements
- Experience working in an office environment
- Post-secondary education
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and current technology
