This role offers the opportunity to support meaningful work, contribute to project success, and grow your career while helping shape a more sustainable future. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR IMPACT Provide dedicated administrative support to the Environmental Planning team, ensuring projects, deliverables, and priorities remain organized and on track.
Prepare, format, review, and maintain proposals, technical reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate meetings, team events, travel arrangements, and expense reporting to support seamless day-to-day operations.
Support project administration activities, including document control, project setup, data entry, reporting, and records management.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Collaborate across teams and business units to provide administrative support where needed and enhance project delivery.
Build a strong understanding of business operations to provide proactive, value-added support to project teams.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment while pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
Proven experience providing administrative support in a professional services, consulting, engineering, environmental, or similar environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise software systems is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and professional presentation.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software applications quickly.

MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
