An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced individual to join our skilled multidisciplinary teams to deliver urgent and unscheduled primary care to the population of Angus. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be able to undertake a high level of Clinical Assessment to address urgent care needs of the population. You will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality advanced nursing practice within General Practice and support the wider Angus HSCP in the delivery of high-quality evidenced based and person-centred care.
Applicants should have or be working towards a post graduate diploma in advanced practice. Applicants should be registered on the UK NMC Register, with extensive post registration experience and will be able to demonstrate expert clinical knowledge and professional practice preferably in an unscheduled care or primary care setting. This post will be based in Kirriemuir Health Centre but may be subject to change depending on the needs of this new service.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post to provide patient care.
