Prairie Co-op is hiring a Permanent Full Time Ag Division Manager. Location to be determined.

What youll do:
- The Ag Division Manager will provide leadership and accountability for the overall performance of Prairie Co-ops agriculture division, including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, talent development and operational excellence.
- Works closely with the Director of Ag & Energy to oversee the activities of Prairie Co-ops Ag Retail Managers to ensure effective location operations and to be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and effectiveness of staff.
- Works closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure that product is in the right place and at the correct value.
- Assists in the development of each Sites annual profit plan
- Analyzes existing and anticipated marketing conditions and make recommendations
- Assist in developing and executing a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy
- Provides effective leadership to ensure Sites are operated under legal, secure, and ethical standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationship with industry partners, suppliers, Prairie Co-op members, and community stakeholders.
- Coach and develop Ag Retail Managers through performance management, succession planning, leadership development and operational guidance and support.
- Other duties as assigned
Who you are:

- You have a Degree in Agriculture. P. Ag is preferred.
- You have 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years of leadership
