Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to oversee daily agricultural operations and drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage production activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resource utilization, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for agriculture and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily agricultural production and operational activities.

- Monitor crop production, resource allocation, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

- Supervise and support operational staff, providing coaching and performance guidance.

- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental requirements, and workplace safety standards.

- Manage budgets, equipment utilization, inventory, and operational resources effectively.

- Collaborate with quality assurance,



logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations or farm management.

- Strong knowledge of crop production, agricultural equipment, and operational planning.

- Experience managing teams, budgets, and production schedules.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agricultural technologies is considered an advantage.

Pay: $7,083.00-$9,167.00 per month
