Role Overview

Collabera is seeking a Business Analyst to support multiple Artificial Intelligence (AI) pilot initiatives within an investment environment. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support Agile delivery, and help drive successful adoption of AI-enabled solutions. The BA will support approximately 6 active AI pilots across investment teams, with current focus areas including Valuation and Private Equity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance/capital markets background, proven Business Analysis experience, and exposure to Agile delivery practices. AI experience is not required, but familiarity with AI concepts or AI products is preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into clear delivery requirements. They will create and manage Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting backlog management and Agile ceremonies. The BA will collaborate closely with technical teams to clarify requirements, support solution delivery, coordinate UAT activities, validate outputs, and ensure solutions align with business expectations.

The role will also involve stakeholder communication, adoption support, and helping investment teams leverage AI solutions effectively across ongoing pilot initiatives.

Must-Haves:





Strong Finance / Capital Markets background with experience supporting investment teams

5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation

Strong Agile delivery experience with hands-on experience using Jira, Scrum ceremonies, Epics, and User Stories

Experience defining acceptance criteria and understanding Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD)

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Plusses:

Private Equity or Investment Management experience

Exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts, AI products, or automation initiatives

Experience supporting digital transformation or emerging technology initiatives

Experience coordinating UAT and supporting user adoption
