You will manage a caseload of residents, providing personalized treatment plans and facilitating group sessions. This position emphasizes trauma-informed care and utilizes various therapeutic modalities to empower clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop treatment and intervention plans aligned with client goals
- Provide case management, advocacy, and referrals to residents
- Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions and group supervision
- Utilize motivational interviewing and de-escalation strategies
