We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Dishwasher to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment, so applicants must be physically fit, work efficiently under pressure, and be able to keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout service.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and by hand when necessary.
- Keep a constant flow of clean dishes available for kitchen and buffet operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins as needed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic cleaning duties in the kitchen, including workstations, shelves, and storage areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team with general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
- Robust work ethic with good time management.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
