The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with asphalt equipment, poses strong communication skills, a high level of enthusiasm,
enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities As an Asphalt Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting and assisting the construction team with achieving their business objectives with the following responsibilities:
- Assist Foreman/Operators whenever needed
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Operate the paver and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Perform site clean-up
- Follow instructions from Supervisor(s)
- Follow all company health and safety requirements
- Work as a team member and communicate respectfully with coworkers

- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
- Physically able to lift up to 50-80 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime
