We provide hands‑on training for the right person who brings a solid work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn.This is a hands‑on leadership position where you'll work alongside a small team serving customers, preparing premium seafood, organizing daily operations, and helping lead one of the Sunshine Coast's most respected seafood markets.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with regular customers
- Prepare, package, and merchandise premium seafood
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked seafood showcase
- Receive deliveries and manage inventory
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support and train team members
- Help organize daily workflow and priorities
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and daily store operations
- Lead the team when the Store Manager is away

- Opening and closing procedures
