Your responsibilities include working four weekdays, every second weekend, and being on-call some evenings to ensure the properties are maintained to high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of rents
- Show and sell apartments to potential tenants
- Clean hallways, stairs, and elevators
- Perform minor maintenance repairs
- Assist in preparing apartments for recent residents Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in property management
- Cleaning and maintenance experience
- Strong customer service skills
