Be a pivotal force at Child Development Institute’s Early Learning Centre in Toronto as an Assistant Supervisor. Support young children’s growth and lead staff to maintain a joyous, safe learning environment. This crucial position supports operations at our Early Learning Centres, alternating weekly between Wellesley and Crosstown.

You will assist the Director with daily admin tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and nurturing children up to the age of four through inclusive care. Your hands-on experience in a licensed childcare setting will enable you to guide staff effectively and enhance program quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director in staff recruitment and training
- Manage AQI performance and quality standards




- Ensure compliance with educational regulations
- Implement change management initiatives
- Create a supportive environment for children and staff Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
- Direct experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Understanding of AQI and relevant regulations
- Strong operational and technical skills
- Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators Lead with care and expertise while fostering a secure, engaging atmosphere for children and families.
