- Manage performance of Program Managers and support staff
- Oversee program design and quality assurance processes
- Produce project-related reporting and maintain program audits
- Facilitate client meetings and address inquiries
- Coordinate strategic planning with business development teams Requirements:
- University degree in applicable field
- 5+ years in People, Program, & Client Management roles
- Strong knowledge of patient assistance programs
- Exceptional project management skills
