The Associate
Director will oversee the Accreditation and Educational Standards teams, driving effective delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities also include collaboration with educational stakeholders to support curriculum and assessment initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership for accreditation and educational standards teams
- Oversee continuous improvement of accreditation policies and processes
- Support development of educational standards and assessment initiatives
- Foster collaboration with key educational and accreditation partners
- Manage departmental planning and resource allocation Requirements:
- Master’s degree in education, health administration, or similar
- At least 10 years of leadership experience
- Solid preference for experience in Canadian medical education
- Proven skills in team leadership and stakeholder engagement
