This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate / Senior Associate, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking. The Associate / Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents, performing due diligence, and advising clients on transactions.
They will work closely with senior team members and clients to support the successful execution of projects within the Infrastructure & Energy Transition sectors.
Qualifications An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other quantitative fields
3-6 years of experience in infrastructure and energy investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
Hands-on experience on energy transition / renewable energy transactions in North America and/or globally
