A+ Detailing is a service-based company specializing in mobile vehicle detailing. We provide detailed interior and exterior cleaning services directly to our clients at their home or office locations.

The job of a Detail Technician is to provide top-quality detailing services paired with outstanding customer service every single day.

Compensation, Pay & Perks

- Earnings: $25.00 – $40.00+ per hour equivalent (Commission-based per job completed + tips)
- Incentives: Performance-based employee incentives and bonuses

Training & Role Structure

- Comprehensive 4-Week Training Module: You’ll start by working directly alongside a Senior Technician to learn our exact processes, detailing standards, and customer service protocols.
- Solo Field Operator: Once trained and signed off as an operator, you will run your own mobile detailing vehicle, manage your daily jobs, and handle 1-on-1 client interactions in the field.

Schedule & Hours

- Duration: Seasonal position (Late August – October)
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- End Time: Varies based on daily job volume (typically ~8-hour workdays)

Candidate Requirements

- Valid G License (Required to operate mobile detailing vehicles)
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience (Any industry counts—retail, hospitality, trades, etc.)
- Clean record (Able to pass a background check)
