Responsibilities

As an Automotive, Agriculture & Industrial Supply Parts Specialist, you will:

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Identify, source, and recommend automotive, agriculture, and industrial supply parts and products using electronic catalogues and company software.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery or customer pickup.
- Communicate product features, benefits, availability, and warranty information to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-focused service.
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and refunds using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, shelving, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
- Prepare stock replenishment orders and help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor,



warehouse, and work areas.
- Complete paperwork and system documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–3 years of experience in parts sales, retail, or a similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of automotive, agriculture, and industrial supply products is considered a strong asset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a dependable work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and stocking shelves.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
