Your primary responsibility will be managing the service reception desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Confirming and updating customer details
- Scheduling service appointments and following up with any "missed appointment" customers to reschedule.
- Detailing customer comments and setting up follow through if required.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Contact customers to advise of promotions, seasonal offers, and recommended services.
- Directing calls and providing general information.
- Cashier service orders and collect payment
- Support service advisors
- Light administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean organized work area.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
Skills:
- A solid understanding of vehicles and their maintenance requirements
- Self-driven and goal orientated
- Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly
- Ability to operate a multiline phone system.
