Our client, a leading rideshare technology company, is seeking an AV Support Technician to join their Workplace Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll help ensure conference room technology is always meeting-ready and employees have a seamless collaboration experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform proactive daily health checks of conference room AV systems to ensure meeting spaces are fully operational.
- Troubleshoot and support Google Meet Rooms, conference room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and other AV technologies.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Logitech Rally products, including Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, cameras, microphones, and room scheduling displays.
- Respond to AV support requests and quickly resolve issues impacting meetings and collaboration.
- Install and configure new conference rooms, including mounting displays, installing AV hardware, running cabling, and testing complete room functionality.
- Support conference room audio systems and diagnose hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
- Assist with inventory management, documentation, firmware updates, and ongoing workplace technology improvements.
- Provide occasional support for internal meetings and company events as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV or workplace technology environments.
- Experience supporting conference room AV systems and unified communications platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Meet Rooms and Logitech Rally products or similar conferencing solutions.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting conference room technology.
- Familiarity with AV hardware, displays, cameras, microphones, room scheduling systems, and low-voltage cabling.
- Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, switches, and AV-over-IP fundamentals.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Neat Bar Pro, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, or similar enterprise AV technologies.
- AVIXA CTS certification (or working toward certification).
- Experience supporting corporate events or executive meeting spaces.
