Become a key player at Axonify as a Marketplace Operations and Content Specialist on an 8-month contract. Manage content delivery and create engaging learning resources for our Marketplace. This role combines operational ownership and content development, where you will oversee the Axonify Content Marketplace and ensure high-quality media production.

You will handle everything from customer order fulfillment to refining our content delivery process while maintaining an accurate content library. A focus on exceptional customer service and continuous improvement is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Axonify Content Marketplace operations on Squarespace
- Ensure timely fulfillment of Marketplace content orders




- Conduct content performance analysis and audits
- Collaborate with internal teams for messaging consistency
- Develop media modules using Vyond and Articulate 360 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, or Communications
- 2-4 years of B2B instructional design experience
- Proficient in Vyond, Articulate 360, and multimedia tools
- Strong research and data analysis skills
