We are looking for a motivated Azure DevOps Administrator / Cloud Platform Engineer with proven experience in administering Azure DevOps and Azure infrastructure. As an Azure DevOps Admin, you will implement end-to-end DevOps solutions, leverage best practices, and partner with application, data, and analytics teams.

The successful candidate will work in a team that supports Client’s Finance, HR, and Marketing departments, with growing focus on Azure-based data platforms and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with DevSecOps best practices
- Develop and manage multi-stage YAML pipelines for application, data, and infrastructure deployments
- Implement source control strategies, branching models, and release governance using Git and Azure Repos
- Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Azure CLI
- Create reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and pipeline templates
- Support Microsoft Fabric platform including Data Engineering, Lakehouse, and Data Warehousing workloads
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft Fabric artifacts (Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouse’s, Warehouses)
- Integrate and orchestrate data workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Fabric pipelines
- Manage and monitor One Lake storage, data ingestion, and transformation processes
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Perform advanced troubleshooting,



including log analysis, incident management, and root cause resolution
- Enforce security, compliance, and governance policies across CI/CD pipelines and Azure infrastructure
- Implement RBAC, Azure Policies, and DevSecOps controls
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and data teams to deliver scalable cloud and analytics solutions
- Train and mentor team members on Azure DevOps, cloud, and Fabric best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and operational procedures

The Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps administration
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory) and other IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, OpenTofu)
- Experience designing and managing YAML-based CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Fabric / Synapse Analytics, and data pipelines
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Lakehouse, Power BI, Pipelines)
- Solid knowledge of Git-based source control and branching strategies
- Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Familiarity with Python scripting for automation, API integration, and data processing
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices is an added advantages
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (preferred); DP-600 / Fabric-related certifications are a plus
