Back Shop Attendants are busy, energetic, and team-oriented, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes while also creating a great first and last impression for our members and guests.
Position Overview
As a Back Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day flow of golf operations outside the clubhouse. From cart preparation to guest interaction, your role is essential in delivering a smooth and enjoyable golf experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play
- Wash, scrub, and ensure carts are properly stored and charged at the end of the day
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with departures
- Maintain a clean and organized back shop and cart staging area
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Be knowledgeable about the golf course and daily operations
- Support other staff and departments as needed

Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Evening and weekend availability required
- A valid driver’s license or experience operating golf carts is an asset
