Duties

- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
- Supervise and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Enforce food safety regulations, health codes, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Lead by example in serving customers with professionalism and hospitality, creating a lively yet safe atmosphere

Qualifications

- 3-5 years progressive bar management experience (resort, hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (Required)
- Experience managing multiple bar outlets or event bars
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings,



weekends and holidays (Required)
- Strong leadership abilities with team development skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

- Frequent standing and walking in/out of buildings on the resort - which could be anywhere from 8 to 12 hours
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. (e.g. sometimes required to assist with lifting beer kegs & food preparation materials to and from the kitchens.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an extremely hot environment (e.g. in/out of resort event areas, particularly during the hot & humid day of our summertime.
