Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and provide friendly service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS enhances your ability to serve efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Experience in serving or food industry roles helps you excel in this fast-paced environment
