Deliver exceptional guest experiences at RED Mountain Resort as a Bar Person. This role blends bartending and serving, focusing on attentiveness and excellence throughout the dining process. As a Bar Person for the 2026/27 Winter Season, you’ll play a crucial role in our hospitality team.

Your responsibilities include taking orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a passion for service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional service throughout dining experiences
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to guests
- Follow food and safety regulations diligently
- Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating when necessary Requirements:
- 2–3 years of serving experience in a hospitality setting
- Minimum 29 years of age required
- Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 Certification
- Proficiency with POS systems is advantageous
